For metalworkers
Your metalwork prices on your customers' phones
Type your prices once: railings by the metre, grilles by the m², gates by a table of widths and heights, fittings by the unit. Your customers pick the model, type the size and send you the request by WhatsApp or email with an indicative price. You confirm it after measuring.

The example uses made-up prices.
How it works
- Your price list. Start from «Railings and gates» and type your prices: per metre with a minimum length and rounding, per m², or a table of sizes. Finishes as a percentage, handrails per metre, fitting, locks and motors as options.
- Your link and QR. The prices travel inside the link: share it, print the QR on the van or the counter, or paste the box on your website.
- The request. The customer sends what they chose; your page prices it again with your own list before it becomes a quote.
What you can charge for
- By the metre. Railings, fences, balustrades and sliding gates: price per metre, a minimum length and the step the length is rounded up to.
- By the m². Window grilles, security bars and panels: price per m², a minimum area and the size limits.
- By size. Swing gates and doors: a table of widths × heights, each an «up to» limit.
- Options. Powder coating or galvanising as a percentage, a stainless handrail per metre, fitting per piece, a lock or a motor.
What it costs
The price list and the configurator are free with up to 5 products. Pro holds them all and puts your logo on the documents, from €3.99 a month or €29 once. See the plans.
Questions people ask
- How do I price a railing by the metre?
- Type the price per metre, the minimum length you charge and the step the length is rounded up to (for example 100 mm). A 2450 mm railing at 95 per metre with a 100 mm step is billed as 2.5 m.
- Can galvanising be a percentage?
- Yes: an option charged as a percentage of the base price, grouped with the other finishes so the customer picks one.
- Do my customers need an account?
- No. They open your link or QR, choose and send the request; nothing they type is stored by SyntaxFlow.
