What to do, when, and who takes care of it
Paste a message or add a document, and review what it proposes: events, tasks, deadlines, what to bring. Each proposal shows where it came from; doubtful dates are asked, not guessed; nobody is put in charge until you say so. What it does, and what it does not
Paste a message from school, a club or a group chat, or add the letter as a PDF, and the rules on this page propose what is an event, what has to be done, by when and what to bring, each with the piece of the message it comes from. Nothing goes into your agenda until you confirm it, and nobody is put in charge of anything until you choose who: not even whoever pasted the message.
When a date is not certain, it says so. «Tomorrow» needs the day the message was written, and asks for it: the day you pasted it is never used without saying. «Before the 18th» does not say whether the 18th counts, and «at eight» can be morning or evening: you choose. A date without a year only takes a year from something the message says.
Last-minute changes
When «the trip has been moved to the 23rd» arrives, it proposes changing the event you already have, with before and after, and only what you confirm is applied. The history is kept. If it is not clear which event it means, or two children have an event with the same name, it asks instead of merging them.
Your calendar
«Export to calendar» downloads an .ics file with the confirmed events, to import into the calendar you use. It is a copy: if something changes here, export it again; the calendar does not update itself. The printable view puts the week on paper.
Where it is kept, and what it does not do yet
In this browser's storage, on this device; it is not a backup. Children are kept with an alias, no birth date and no photo. There is no account, no household shared with other adults, no email reminders and no reading of photos: they show as «integration not set up» and there are no buttons pretending to do them.
