Your finished jobs, ready to show
Choose finished jobs from your projects and the dossier builds itself on the right: a cover with your company, then each job with its before and after photos, a short description, the trade, the year and the town. Amounts and clients' names stay out unless you choose them, and addresses never print. It is a page you print or save as PDF: nothing is published or uploaded.

What goes in, and what never does
Each job shows the photos you choose, before and after side by side, with their captions; a short description; the trade, the year and the town. On the desk you see which project each job came from, but its name is not printed: on paper a job has the title you give it, or the trade and the town. Amounts and clients' names are left out unless you tick them, because a dossier usually travels beyond the client it was made for. There is no field for an address: the place is the town, and if what you type looks like a street or a number, the tool says so before printing.
Check the photos too
A photo can say more than the text: a face, a number plate, a house number, a letter on a table. Look at each one before you share the dossier. The photos print from the light copy kept for the screen, which carries no location data.
Where the photos come from
From your projects: the photos you took when measuring or for a report, with the before and after and the captions the survey sheet already gave them. Photos added here are kept in the job's project, like any other. The dossier only points at them: removing a job from the dossier does not touch its project.
Printed, never published
The tool does not publish or send anything. Print or save as PDF uses your browser's own dialog; what you do with the file is up to you. The dossier itself is saved in this browser, so you can come back to it, change the order or add the next job.
What is free
Dossiers with up to 10 photos in total, with your logo and company details, printed or saved as PDF. The free version prints a small "Prepared with SyntaxFlow" line; Pro removes it and allows longer dossiers.
