What happened?
The case is kept in this browser. You can export it or delete it whenever you want.
What it helps you answer
What happened
Every step of the purchase in order, with the document it comes from or marked as your own statement.
What you can show
What a document backs up, kept apart from what you only remember.
What you are missing
The receipt, date or number worth getting before you write.
Which message to prepare
A neutral draft with facts you have confirmed. You copy it and send it yourself.
What is still open
The next action and its date, and the real state: promised is not received.
How to keep it
Export the summary, the timeline and the documents you choose, or delete it all.

Subject: Order EJ-20417 · Ask about a refund
Hello,
I am writing about order EJ-20417, placed on 3 February 2027, for €89.90.
According to your message, you received the return on 16 February 2027.
To date I have no record of the refund of €89.90.
Could you tell me whether the refund has been issued, on what date and for what amount?
I look forward to your reply. Thank you.
Example with made-up details. Every fact stays “extracted, pending review” until you confirm it, and the draft uses confirmed facts only.
How it works
- Choose the problem, or look at the example first.
- Add what you have: PDFs, screenshots, text pasted from an email or a chat, or details typed in.
- Review what was read: every fact says which document it comes from, and you confirm or correct it.
- See the timeline, what is missing and any contradictions.
- Draft the message with confirmed facts only. It is copied or downloaded; it is never sent on its own.
- Record the reply and follow the case until it is closed.
Start from your situation
You returned something and the refund has not arrived
You returned an item and the refund has not arrived. Gather the confirmation, shipping receipt and amounts, see what is missing and ask for confirmation.
OpenIt says “delivered”, but the parcel never arrived
Tracking says delivered and the parcel is not there. Gather the order, the tracking and the messages with their dates, see what is missing and draft a message.
OpenAll the evidence of a purchase, in one place
Invoices, emails, screenshots and tracking in one case: every fact with the document it comes from, what is missing, a timeline and a tidy export.
OpenWhat it is not
- It is not a law firm and it does not file complaints for you.
- It does not guarantee you get your money back, nor say the shop has broken the rules.
- It does not compute legal deadlines: when there is no verified rule for your case, it says so.
- It sends nothing to anyone: you decide what to copy and to whom.
Your data stays in this browser
The case, its documents and the drafts are kept in this browser's storage, on this device. Nothing is uploaded to a server and no account is needed.
It is not a backup: if the browser's data is cleared, or this is a private window, it goes. Export the case to keep a copy elsewhere, and delete it whenever you want.
Usage figures count actions, such as “case created”, never what you type or upload.
Questions people ask
Do I need an account or to pay?
No. Everything here works without an account and without paying, in this browser.
Does it complain on my behalf?
No. It prepares a draft with the facts you have confirmed; you review it, copy it and send it yourself through the channel you choose.
Will it tell me if I am entitled to a refund, or how long the shop has?
Not reliably: that depends on the country, the kind of purchase and the situation. It helps you organise the case, and below there are public resources where you can ask.
What if the shop tells me two different things?
If they are two amounts, two order numbers or two dates, both are kept, each with its source, marked “two different values”. Anything else stays in the timeline, in order and with its document. A contradiction does not mean fraud: it is something to clear up, and you can draft a message asking them to confirm.
Which documents work?
PDFs such as the invoice, the confirmation or the label; screenshots and photos; text pasted from an email or chat; or details typed in. Images are not read automatically yet: you see the image and type the details yourself.
