Sort out a problem with a purchase
Put the evidence of your purchase in order, prepare your message and follow what is still to be resolved. Everything is kept in this browser: no account, and nothing is uploaded.
In this browser No account. Nothing is uploaded: your cases and documents stay on this device.
What it does, and what it does not
It keeps together in one case what you have about a purchase that went wrong: the emails, the invoices, the delivery notices. The rules on this page read the text of your documents and propose the seller, the order number, the dates and the amounts, each with the piece of the document it comes from. Nothing counts as a fact until you confirm it.
It is not a law firm or a bank. It sends nothing to anyone: it prepares drafts that you copy, download or print, and you are the one who sends them and says “I have sent it”. It does not work out legal deadlines: it keeps your reminders and the dates the shop gave you, and links to public consumer bodies, with no connection to them.
Contradictions
If two documents give different amounts or order numbers, or a date is earlier than the purchase, it is pointed out so you can clear it up. A contradiction does not mean fraud, and two different purchases are never joined for sharing a shop and an amount.
Where it is kept
In this browser's storage, on this device. It is not a backup: clearing the browser's data, or a private window, removes it. Export the case (PDF, a ZIP with the originals, JSON or CSV) to keep it elsewhere. An export has no certified value as evidence; the SHA-256 fingerprint identifies a file, but it is not a signature or a timestamp.
What it does not do yet
There is no account, no sync between devices, no email reminders and no reading of photos with artificial intelligence. They show as “integration not set up” and there are no buttons pretending to do them: when they exist, this page will say so.
