SyntaxFlow in one line

Free engineering calculators for glass, windows, metal and wood that run in the browser and show the working.

In 50 words

SyntaxFlow is a set of free calculators for glass, windows, the building envelope, metal and wood: glass weight and thickness, U-values, cutting optimisers, metal weights and more. Each answer shows the formula and the standard behind it. Nothing typed is uploaded. It is published by HU Ingenieros, Madrid.

In 150 words

SyntaxFlow is the international line of HU Ingenieros, a Madrid company that has written business software for glass shops and joinery since 1976. It gathers the calculations a glazier, window maker, metal worker or carpenter does every week: glass weight and thickness under wind (EN 16612, ASCE 7), U-values (EN 673, ISO 10077-1), condensation, cutting optimisers for glass sheets, panels and bars with offcuts and labels, metal and timber weights, and the documents of the job (estimates, delivery notes, work orders). Every result shows the formula, the numbers and the standard, and the site publishes the cases each calculator is tested against. The tools run in the browser and work offline; nothing a user types is uploaded unless they switch on account sync. Use is free; Pro (€29 once or €3.99 a month) adds the shop's own logo, no limits and Excel, and the Workshop plan (€19 a month) adds the shop's tools on its own website.
