What it does not do
- It certifies nothing: the export has no certified evidential value, and a file fingerprint is not a signature or a timestamp.
- Photos and screenshots are not read automatically yet: you type the details.
- It does not detect forged documents.
- It never merges two different purchases just because they share a shop and an amount.
Your data stays in this browser
The case, its documents and the drafts are kept in this browser's storage, on this device. Nothing is uploaded to a server and no account is needed.
It is not a backup: if the browser's data is cleared, or this is a private window, it goes. Export the case to keep a copy elsewhere, and delete it whenever you want.
Usage figures count actions, such as “case created”, never what you type or upload.
Questions people ask
Which formats does it accept?
PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP, and pasted text. Up to 15 MB and 50 pages per file, and 200 documents per case. The type is recognised from the file's content, not its name.
Does it detect repeated documents?
Yes, within the same case, by comparing the file's fingerprint. It never compares with other people's cases.
Can I hide my details when exporting?
Yes: email, phone, address and the names you give. Check the result before sending it to anyone.
Does the export count as evidence?
It is a tidy summary of what you bring, with no certified evidential value. The originals are kept as they are and you can include them in the ZIP.
